I've been working on this image for a talented poet's book. This is a fun project for me as it progresses. The writer was nice enough to write around the imagery and I just had to include part of it here. Lady of Light Wind patting off the magic powder Deepening the mystery of moonlight Calling for love of highest order Asking for aid by a divine invite Willing I walk the path of ice Under the winter glowing Saying her name each minute twice Waiting to witness her showing Lady of Light, oh, lady of the Lake Come here tonight beyond this space Rise up with quake, rise up with shake Take me under your mystical embrace A dance of fairies preludes the meeting All other nature stops its spin From rain of glowing magic powder I can't go on with heavy eyes I'm mesmerized by all this seeing Falling asleep I fall within The crystal voice wakes up my being Came ye forth, my long lost brother Long have I waited, long have I yearned Alone in my crystal palace, for your return My lady, hear me, let me speak I bow before your rule of kingdom I'm asking you for help to seek The golden magic key of wisdom With my arms open I confess It is not me who holds this wisdom Yet it is there for everyone to access It is found within yourself Within your wisdom Therefore I can only bring What lies in shadow from within your soul It is from there, that I raise power So I can rule my kingdom The power of love writes the law of magic The rule of life that is eternal Comes from within, comes from inside the heart Nothing you see it is in fact external Take easy steps within your core And you will start to walk the path of a master Rediscovering the timeless ancient lore Learning to run the path faster and faster The way to come out from the shadows Is first to let go of the world around The way that leads beyond time's arrows Can only be laid on sacred ground
