Really nice interpretation of the sad story of Marie van Goethem. The original statue at the "Musee d'Orsay" is really impressive and quite disturbing as the original is not as classy and modernly beautifull as yours. Her body is less feminine, she has a strange/proud attitude, very different from what Degas used to paint/sculpt and despite the title, she's not dancing. Anyway, i talk to much... ;o) The ones interested about her cand find infos on the net but if you one day come to Paris, go and take a look at her, she really worth it. Just to say i really, really like your interpretation of it.
