Description

Just a basic mesh of a small coupe. No detailing yet, but it may come later. It's based upon the technique in my Wings 3D tutorial at Wikibooks.org. The shape happened in about a half hour, but tweaking and altering some edge flows took another hour.

The shape reminds me of a Pontiac, perhaps the G4 replacement for the aging Sunfire?

Hmmm... Mercedes-ish, huh? Yeah, it's not quite the G4 either... I'll just make up my own car and go with whatever comes to me.

Oh my it has Korean and Le Mans roots!! Not springing from mere Nova loins. I enjoy looking at ruled surfaces. Especially convex hulls. How that has anything to do with visibility, lighting and water tightness I don't have any deductive analytical ideas. I am pleased you have taken advantage of the Wiki to further express your talent. A light is on at the end of the hall now. No one need stumble in the dark.

Cool model Paul, and very instructive! This may inspire me to try my hand at "auto-building".
