For some reason this seems to have a "comic book" feel to it. Maybe it's the colors, or maybe it's just me... ;)

Not comic to me... just fascinating!! I love the way you did the contrasting background..to me it looks like "cork board" that you pin things up onto... but comes across as beautiful 3d modern art that would look great hanging on the livingroom wall! :))

I don't see a comic book look at all. Love the textures and sharpness, I think that this is a slightly different but beautiful work of art. The lighting is outstanding and the subtlety of the textures contrasts nicely with the relative boldness of the forms.

Helen, I don't think it has a comic book feel to it. It is different than your usual soft silky dainty posts, but this is as beautiful in a different way! I love the textures and the soft gradient, the background is a perfect foil for the fractal! Beautiful work! Leann
