Nice golden image! I personally like those dividing straight lines. Do you know the work of the painter Lyonel Feininger? He also did this kind of things, and his paintings were very vivid.

I am not sure about the cossing line panels, to me they seem to be interferring but you may have a valid reason that I am missing. The colors are my favorite! You know, shiny and vivid! The most inspiring elements here is the beautiful combination of Truchet like coloring with appropriate fractal shape. Lots of great fractals out there are destroyed even when the spot chose is an ideal one. Good work!
