Description

This is a clay raytraced rendor of my latest spaceship the Rhayader. I think it shows off the detail better, but doesn't allow you to see inside the bridge (see last post). It will soon be available in Marketplace. Just click on the Merchant credit link for my stuff.

Lose the little backward facing wings on either side of the bridge. They have no dicernable purpose, or use in deep-space. Adding some fuel cannisters just forward of the central thrust cluster would give the benefit of increased realism, and artistic balance to the craft. Overall--it is very kick-ass! Just needs some tweaks in my opinion. Wonderful work!

Very Nice. Reminds me of the ship in the movie "Event Horizon".

Yes, there is a certain similarity to the Event Horizon, but I've already done one of those. I am thinking about redoing it though. I think it's the corridor and rear wings that have a certain EH qulaity.
