I should have cut a part of the black to give a panoramic version ! But not easy to crop in a such photo! each crop gives a different sense to the pic!In fact, i don't know...... BUT ,I LOVE IT!

Very cool photo Kate, love the Sepia treatment. I have to agree with Jean-Pierre - this would be an even more stunning image in an 8:3 (cinemascope) aspect ratio. I do love it though!

The sky seems to have become more impressive, although I like more the color version with the contrasts in orange and blue. Fantastic work! :)

Kate, i think your suggestion to do this in sepia tones was wonderful! i LOVE it like this and do prefer it over the color version. i love the moodiness of that sky and trees, as well as the contrasting lights and darks! i do think DELMUR had a great suggestion to crop this to a panoramic version! i think the sepia tones really give this image that special quality that i like. hard to explain. it does have a bit of surreal feel to it and i enjoy that! i also love that light at the back of your image. it's like there's some beautiful paradise back there, and all we have to do is follow that gorgeous light! I'm so glad you showed this, Kate! the sepia tones really give this one a very special quality and pleases me very much! the most important thing though is what makes YOU happy! :) have a most wonderful day!!! hugs
