Description

I Dedicate this to Mary - who left us when the fog rolled back out... In the Exact Center of California, in the Sierra Nevada Mountains-there is THIS bare Granite Dome that I sometimes climb-just to sit & watch the Fog fill in every nook and canyon. Usually leaving just me sitting there sticking out of this cloudly ocean. TALK ABOUT FEELING HUMBLE!!!

Nice shot. Reminds me of an early AM flight out of San Jose some years back. All the mountain peaks showing thru the clouds looked like islands in a strange sea. Great Image!

I do this too around BC Canada, and it is a beautiful thing to see. That is why I really like this. One day I will get some buildings sticking up out of the fog I hope. Again...a much appreciated image.
