Hi!
My name is Vincenzo, I live in Rome, Italy and I am a physician by profession.
I have always been interested in art and photography.
With my first paycheck I bought my first camera, a Fujica ST801 in 1975. Several digital cameras later, I now have a Fuji XS-1 and now slowly digitalizing all my old slides....
I love fantasy and surrealistic art.
This community is for me a window to a great and wonderful universe

This is the first time I see this statue in color. It is alwyas in B&W in books. If memory serves me , he is some scribe or someone important but not royalty. Thanks for sharing.

WOW! Fantastic capture! I love the manner in which you've caught the age and the textures of this magnificent statue. Looks like Kaaper was an important man in Ancient Egypt...he was well fed! Fantastic work, wonderful sensitivity!
