Not as cartoony as the tv version, this sweetheart is a lot more maniacal, I LOVE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's the ticket! That's a more Harley Quinn expression! I always thought the outfit was more a circusy silk-satiny looking, than matte. You might was to give it more highlights by increacing the highlight setting in the material room. Just a suggestion. Great work!
