Description

I found this fantastic model free on TurboSquid! The model came untextured with no material settings (ASII OBJ file). so I create some procedural textures for it. simple but effective the cartridges, cartridge case, case exterior, foam, and gun are all seperate peices (although if loaded directly into poser, they come in as 1 object, I used Polytrans to split them up, but it CAN be done within poser) I am somewhat suprised with how well the reflections came out in this render, previous use of reflections has given a so-so result. the gun and case is actually sitting on a chair, within a complete room, with furnishings (tv, stereo, computer, tables, chairs etc) with bay windows, and a sky dome outside that. all this really gives the reflection that realistic look I think. Rendered in Poser 6 Ambient Occusion (seperate pass) Ray-Traced Shadows Ray-Traced Reflections Image-Based-Lighting combined with 1 omni light, and three spot lights. Render time - 8.5 hours thanks for taking a look!
