Hiya. Lets see. My name is Missy (not Betty). I live in Washington State with my hubby of 26 years and 3 children. My hubby is a lawyer and I'm a stay-at-home mom. I've been into graphics since 1995 and discovered 3-D sometime around the late 90's using a program called Simply 3-D (I think). I rendered the most awesome spheres lol! I was hooked. After following many webrings I discovered a Poser webring and then saw some images that for the time were really neat. I talked my hubby into buying me Poser and that was that. I'm now using Poser 8, Bryce 6, and considering buying Cinema 4D when I can afford it. I love making whimsical images. I love to think someone is smiling or laughing when they view my images. I'll throw in a serious one here and there but whimsical ones are my favorite. I recently took a 3 year break from 3-D, and when I came back I realized how much I missed it in my life. I feel fulfilled again. My only advice to anyone is that if you feel the urge to create--don't stop because you think your work isn't fantastic. I compare myself all the time to the fantastic artists around here and I have to tell myself to stop it daily. Just do your own art and if it makes you happy, remember that is ALL that matters. Thanks for viewing my info! Hugs, Missy

This is really beautiful! Is it a photo? What program did you create it in? I love it! :)

Hiya, No, its not a photo. I was playing around with metacreations kai's power tools gel and goo and added a bunch of noise and then ran a flaming pear lacquer filter over it and voila! This was a couple of years ago so I may have forgotten a step or three. Thanks for the nice response! Missy

You call it an accident, I say it's serendipity! What a gorgeous result. This could be a fine piece of enamelware or art glass. Exquisite!
