Description

Today's dedi is to Mr. Jean-Pierre Delmur, whose fine artistry and masterful creative skill with a camera consistenly sparks my imagination, in the most delightful ways. Thank you Jean-Pierre! About the image; This is Beaver Dam Swamp, located about 6 miles east by northeast of Whitakers, in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. The swamp was actually created by beavers, whose den (the dam) is about 250 feet to the outside left of the frame. The camera is aimed toward the west by northwest. The image was captured on Sunday, January 15, 2006 at around 12 noon. The camera is an Olympus Camedia C-700UZ digital camera. Hue and saturation levels were optimised, and the slightest amount of contrast possible was added to this image in post. Bless you Delmur, have a wonderful day!

This looks exactly like the marsh behind my friend's home out here in the country. I love your tree/water/marsh photos. This is a wonderful shot. Another keeper. :) I really love your photo work.
