Description

After so much rain, I wanted to show everyone that we really do see the sun once in a while here in Oregon. Granted, this photo was taken last June, but it is the sun, and I did see it. :-) Thanks for stopping by and any comments.

Hmmm, I see you want helpful comments ... that eliminates me. But I can't resist saying what a beautiful reminder that by June I may see the sun again.

The pyramid figure at the horizon adds a weird atmosphere. Beautiful view.

Ha, Ha! Reminds me of all the winter Oregon rain jokes, like: It rains in Portland twice a week, once for 3 days, and once for 4! Or, what do you call two days of rain in Portland? A weekend, of course!!! A new comer to Portland asked a 6 year old kid if it ever stopped raining in Oregon. The kid said, "How should I know, I'm only 6!" Ok, enough! Sorry Dennis, I really do love the shot, and you're right, it's one too seldom seen. Thank for sharing.

Hmmm, Oregon is not quite Sun City but nevertheless you've given us the evidence, the sun actually shines now and then. More then than now, perhaps, but that's just a matter of time! Gorgeous work!
