Description
My first image in over a year... I hope you like it.
A combination of stock images, my photography and some reference images from the web were blended in Photoshop CS2 for the initial roughs. Once happy with the layout I imported it into Painter (9 I think) to clone, overpaint and generally mess around with it until I felt ready to take it into photoshop once again for loads of details and a general all-over polish (in the hi-res version he has individual eyebrow hairs and lashes with highlights!!).
Initial estimate was 12 hours - probably more like 15 by the time I had finished.
