Again... there's a terrific story in here somewhere... and yet you decided not to share it. :o( Anyhow... I think you've done a great job here! I'd like to suggest a grungier backdrop, and perhaps add a small bandage wrap around her wrist with a telltale blood stain. The narrative would pop! :o)
