I agree with Lori - you have the angles covered! But more than that, the light enhances the feeling of the ancient structure; it lends a mood of what it would have been like in Roman times. You have a very special talent for seeing and presenting these things, Andreas. You do it SO well that people just can't help commenting!

Bear. And the image is terrific! Sheesh, how many days did you last? 1? 2? LOL, glad you are letting us comment. What really does it for me in this image are the cool colors of the foreground left carvings, and the warm reds of the background structure. It really gives it a spacial feel.

I'm so fascinated by your unique view point in all of the "Rome" series. It's as if I'm visiting ancient Rome for the first time. Thanks for sharing and for allowing well deserved comments.

I know I'll never get tired of seeing Rome. I've never been there before so I get to see it through your eyes. What's cooler than that. And such pretty eyes you have too. I've got a question though... what the heck is Moosehead? You'll have to ignore me alittle today. Kind of under the weather here. May not be thinking properly. I'm glad you're excepting comments again too. V

man this is the kind of image I strived for when doing Bryce. I am so blown away how the difference in light you have here. Now what the His she saying up there^^^ Oh yeah one would only get sick of Rome perhaps if they were always there. I'm a million miles from it, and love seeing like this. Oldest thing we have around these parts is maybe 150. Even those they try to lose heritage and build new. OK babbling OT.. Show a few more, then get back out and do some DOF or from that lake you go to.
