Description

John here again, the study's going great. Just thought I'd introduce you to a friend. This is Stephany, an Engineering/Physics major I've been doing a couple of projects with. She rebuilt this CPX-1130 (MS Spider) racer from scratch, and she's not wearing boots as she wouldn't fit in the cockpit. On the mud flats it can reach, maybe 520kph. She's totally mad (OWW!!!!!!!), remind me not to say that when she's standing behind me. Anyway, I really would like to have a go at driving it but there's no way I can fit, with or without my boots. I would have got a shot of it at speed, but we found the main batteries had lost containment on the trip out. No QLF* would you believe it? It's powered by fuel cell using a room temperature super conductor for a battery, I had to look it up not being into old machines. Have to admit it does look the part, like an old war craft. Also you wouldn't believe it, we've been invited to visit the new "Republic" in drydock. Man it's incredible from what I hear but, we'll see. Talk to you latter Guys and Gals. John Daus. From what I see, John kind of likes Steph. Ok, "Petite Stephany" is wearing a "Shard suit", both from "DAS". The ground mat is from "Watchful Eye", the racer is a freebe from "Renderosity" by Ysvry. I did add a little bit of detail with Blender 3D, but I only modifed, I didn't create. Thanks Ysvry. A QLF*(Quantum Line Funace) is a device which produces power using very pure carbon as fuel (Diamonds). Sound expensive until you produce them in a micro gravity environment in the Ort cloud. This is where Johns father and grandfather come into it. More about that latter. Dreams are...;)

Cool CPX-1130 and really cool landscape!! Glad to read more about John Daus, I was wondering about him :) So that's his friend Steph! She seems nice and by judging from the smile on her face, she does look like a maverick (as a pilot)! :)))
