Description

The software to create this was fairly simple to write. Start with a big rectangle. That rectangle has a random chance of being broken into two smaller rectangles, each of which, in turn, may also be broken into two, and so on. Each rectangle's color is randomly derived from its parent rectangle. Finally add a border and signature.
