I've been one of those folks who has admired the "simplicity" of your characters, but I don't mean the term in a condescending or demeaning manner. What I do mean to say is that there is an elegance to the minimalism of your creations... of how you manage to create such expressiveness with only the barest nuances of form and shape. Outstanding, yet "simple". :o) I wonder what's spooking these guys so much.

With the curtain behind them it looks like they are competing in a Karaoke contest! I hope they win! I'm also one of those folks who admires the simplicity of your mind.... oops, I meant your characters :) They are stylish and perfectly capture the emotion of the scene!

However people choose to describe your work, be it in an ignorant way or not, they cant take away that it is stylish and impressive which most fail to create, and thats why you are on my favourites list. Another great image.

I have never once looked at one of your images and thought of your characters as simple looking. They all seem to have so much life and expression. And the settings always fit so well. I always look forward to seeing what you come with next :)

I love these little guys! ditto to what everyone else said above. you've got something unique that every cartoonist aspires to-you've created a bunch of characters that are instantly recognizable as yours, and..drop dead lovable! plus the fact that they are beautifully presented and rendered. keep on truckin matey!!

Simplicity in art is like fuel compression in a smooth running turbo engine. If it is done right, then the results can be explosive. If it is not, then it is just plain boring. I don't really think of the term simple, when I look at your work. I'm more thinking of that engine. Thanks for another one of those creative drops that keeps mine running. :)

Does'nt look all that simple to me. It's not easy giving characters the personality that you seem to do so efertlessly. Also your lighting skills really makes the secene. Love to see these critters animatrd. Keep up the good work
