Something about me? O Kay! I have recently moved to North Carolina from Oregon, and being recently retired,I find myself busier than ever. Photography is a whole new world for me and I am most grateful for your comments and time taken. Thank you.BIOWhere to start? First, let me say that I am a very young mother with very old children(4 sons), and my motto is "If it doesn't sparkle, don't buy it". I am either a 'new hippy' or a 'new gypsy',(the vote is still out on that). Let me say how much I am enjoying all of the wonderful exibitions of your talents. Thank you, May our gracious Creator, Jehovah, Bless each of you and your wonderful appreciation of His Creation.

Gnarly image! This is indeed a very strange sight, like deformed fingers reaching out from below the murky surface. The title is perfect. Beautiful capture!

Ya know... when I first moved to South Carolina from Pennsylvania, I learned about these things real quick like. Nothing will trip you up worse than a cypress knee. One of these buggers sent me flying one night by our fishing hole. This image... kind of cool just thinking about how they look!!!
