Description

It was one of this peaceful summer evenings when the shadows bring coolness into the strees and places of the crampled quarter of the city near the old keep after the hot and sunny day. Besides the murmur from the taverns nothing could be heard - not even the usual twitter of the birds in the old oak treeat the end of the street. It was quite ... too quite. Then there was this sudden shrill scream ... (inspired by a story from the Earthdawn RPG) Please feel free to comment ... These pesky dragons seem to be showing up everywhere now: burning villages, damaging livestock and leaving their hoards all over the place to be stepped in. Ever since they were put on the endangered species list. I suppose they are finally making a comeback from all those years of overhunting by zealous knights and wizards.... Nice illo and story. The female character could be straight off a 70s movie poster. I just hope she doesn't chip a nail fleeing the scene! The male figure is somewhat less convincing. I do like the cat in the background. That is a very nice touch; it adds a little dose of normalcy.

Outstanding angle and composition. Very good posing & actionscene... The lighting looks a bit unnatural... Mostly the white light and the absence of shadows... Keep up the good work!

I'm sure he's not here for trouble; he just dropped in for a bit of a rest. If he'd meant to make trouble, he wouldn't have landed, and in such an out-of-the-way spot! The guy with horns seems to expect the cat to go up there and fetch him down, but the cat, she's cool. "Can I have a taste of what's in this cask, please? Dragon? What dragon? Oh, no trouble; I'll fetch him later. Now open this cask!" Mreowr! :)
