God said to Solomon, "Do not multiply horses and chariots." I think he was referring to the inability of Pharoah and his chariots to pursue Moses. Moses Song says, "the horse and rider are thrown into the sea." Egypt was a place of refuge in time of famine, and Rahab, the harlot, was it's symbol as the guide to entry to the Promised Land where the hills were rich with iron and copper. Dave, you mean the ruddy one, who watches as the big man runs the kingdom?

very creative and fine oil painting with Bryce. a friend years ago told me that people that are tall does nothing different that a shorter person does. no matter how tall, their legs only reach the ground. big horse or smaller same difference

You made me snort like a horse... (a big one) very funny Evie! Cabin fever? I thought you were over the flu???? Anyway.. I can't crit this one Eve, because you ran it through a filter. That makes it an abstract representation of the artists vision. I never criticize anothers vision (being somewhat myopic myself...lol). I always try to say something new and interesting in a comment. On rare occasions, I may actually offer advice for improvement, if the artist requests it. That's risky because I must assume to know what the artist is trying to convey. In the last one.. I assumed realism because it is a very good render. If I cover the horses with my hand, it looks just like a beach view from the back porch. Now vase sized horses or horse sized vases not-withstanding.. was still a super Bryce effort and Bravo Eve! Now, everyone that knows me, knows I'm a very gentle, kind, helpful and generous person. Of course, ol George knows the real truth.. but let's not go there. And Dale.. I always side with the ruddy ones..lol. Now.. this post.. tell Dad I meant no offense to his minuscule Son... Have a great one and keep em coming Eve.. To my Faves and a Vote from Dave :^)
