Description

Poor Aiko. Assigned to a Space Marines detachment, her cruiser happened upon a derelict ship drifting on the edge of the zone. As part of the discovery patrol, her group had to search the ship for survivors. Of course, there will be none. Some DAZ stuff, and some freebies. I don't remember the source. This is a render I was working on a couple of months back. Unfortunately, something in the scene would hang up DAZ. Well, I finally got it rendered. whaddaya think?

I'd soften the shadows a bit, but apart from that....Dang, this is a great pic!

Awesome angle and composition. Good light and shadows. I like the simple, cartoonish finish and look. Backlight maybe too strong...

Good angle and excellent shadows/lights. Maybe the texture of the walls need touchs (to look more old, dirty, with rust) easier to achieve with a paint program than with DAZ alone

I did the backlight strong for 3 reasons; 1: so you can see the Alien, 2: so there'd be that cool shadow on the wall, and 3: to highlight Aiko's cute ass. When I redo this in Poser 6, I do plan on refining the lighting. I did the walls clean for two reasons; A: it's a spaceship, and 2; I hadn't gotten in to texturing yet. -_^

I quite like this clean look, it adds to the cartoonish look and thus I wouldn't texture the walls with dirt unless you're going for a more realistic image. Great POV and light, I love that alien shadow!

I personally love the dark shadows I think you did an awesome job. I think it would great to if you put an additional spotlight on your character with maybe some color or even peach.....Shannon ;}

The mood you set with the lighting is very powerful. I love it!
