Description

-The art of silencing- Empowered by the touch of cold steel to the temple. One gentle squeeze and paint it all red. Organs and ammunition become properly acquainted with one another. My love for this gun grows as strong as my dedication for extinction. A simple soft pull of my finger and I can put these demons to sleep with a lethal injection of my smoking barrel.

i dont know what to say...this image appeared on me screen...it just brought back memories of a good friend long past...i have tears filling my eyes right now...the red , the cold blackness of the gun...i have seen this before...the eyes looking off to no where...a friend i have grown up with preformed the same act...i did not see it though...i blame myself, i know i shouldn't but i do...after this happened i became the image above...i was living-dead...mostly dead...apart of me is still deminished...but my colors are slowly changing...i hope yours can too...Sean...

Frenzied work Yo, yet with an air of detachment from the facial expression. Stylistically I'm reminded of Dave McKean's work, which is a compliment :-)

The treatment of the eyes, especially, reminds me of Marshal Arismans work (Spelling?) I always loved his combination of photo's and painting, very disturbing! Your art has a similar impact, twisting realism into graphic iconography. Your work is too intense for me to stare at long, like staring into the Sun.
