Description

Sorry I haven't been doing more work. But honestly right now Its even hard for me to post this one. I am disgusted, discouraged, disappointed, and pretty much in general ticked off. Life has a way of kicking you where it hurts every time you turn around. I am usually one that always looks on the bright side and never lets things get me down for very long. But damn, sometimes you would think enough is enough. There is not one thing that has brought me to this, but a collection of many many things. I know this might be more then most care to know, but for those that have wondered where Ive been and what's going on, this is a small explanation. I don't want sympathy, I am just telling the facts and how I feel. I would like to say thank you to those people that have been there and support my work. I would also like to thank the most important person in the world to me. He has be a light at the end of the tunnel many times, a inspiration, a kick in the but, and most of all the love of my life. Janne you are my world, without you I am lost. So onto the artwork.. Trying a different style with my work. Trying to get more of a painted look to it. Painted in Painter and Photoshop with Intuos 2 A4 tablet. Here is the work in progress images: Image Progress Reference images by: ~Odessa11stock Link ~scanned-stock Link

You took the words right out of my mouth. I have been feeling this so much as of late. I just wish one thing would stop before another thing starts, but oh no.....they pile on like building blocks. I will keep you in my thoughts. This is a very beautiful image. I love your work so much, Gina. Thank you for sharing it. Christine.

I can empathize with you on the 'hard knocks' of life :) After two and a half years, I'm still getting knocked around by a govt that doesn't want me here with the one guy who rocks my world... but there is a bright side. It's not always obvious, but it's always there :) Chin up. Lovely work.

I'm sorry to hear that things aren't going well for you. I wish I could help, so if there's anything I can do just let me know. Well, maybe you can take that collection of bad things, put them all in an album and sell it to someone else. 8-) The image is excellent and it doesn't reflect your mood at all. At first, I though the woman was taken from a photo and you had painted all the rest. Superb job. An afternoon vote.
