Excellent postwork..!!! But to be honest I prefer with this image the original one...In this one she blends into the background...in the original she stands out more...and I love the way the textures look..do I make any sense...???? Anyway..they both are excellent pieces of art..!!!!!

I think this one is more attractive, for the colors are very overwhelming and the paint effect gives a rough feeling to it. Then again, if realism is your purpose I'd go for the original. Both are excellent!

I think they both have their place Roland. I like the original for it's realism, but the style of this one makes it pop! I like 'em both!

Honestly, I'm not fond of the post work. Looks very Photoshop filterish to me.

I am sory but no I haven't liked the new too gritty style! This pic is my fav and the original is the best and should never need anything else done to it. I have always loved your style but lately everything has been so gritty that the faces or parts of the body of characters are to distorted for taste. Sorry you wanted the opinion and I gave it to you. I still luv ya and your a great friend please dont take my comments personally okay.....Shannon ;}

Hard to decide... I think it's important for what you want to use the image and (if this is for print) how big you want it to be. This one I would like best for a really large print (2 meters and more). The original I would like as a smaller image (book cover?) because it's much more detailed. If I really, really had to choose I would prefer the large print (and a room that's big enough to give the right environment - but that's another story ;o) ).
