Description

WHOO HOO!!! Here it is! This was the image I was working on when my computer went wookie. Andreas (Zacko) was kind enough to give me one of his pictures of a castle and also some expert advice on some postwork! Thank you Andreas! I really wanted to post a before and after picture, but can't find the original right now (hopefully I backed it up before PC problem)! The base photo is one I took last summer at 13,000 feet. It had a very flat area that looked perfect to build a castle! So I borrowed one from Andreas and put it there. Then I added in snow covered mountains in back and a lake in front and cows from a shot I took this fall down in the valley. All in all, I think I must have used over half a dozen different pictures! Lots of fun and lots of work! Took me awhile, but I think it was worth it! I still feel that it's missing something, maybe a dragon????? Let me know what you think! Have a great day!!!!

COOOOOLLL!!!!! Love this creation of yours! I was hoping I'd catch it when you got things straightened out! I agree. Maybe even a couple dragons, flying in the distance or something.

Great job! Maybe you should have add flowers or trees! Your poor cows don't have a good grass to eat! Bravo!!!

Perhaps the castle needs a little shadow effect, to match the cows' shadows for example. That would be a nice place though. Have to admit I am not fond of dragons. ;o)

great scene, nice composition... perhaps you could re-think the scale of the castle, to be more in tune, with the size of the landscape.

Wow! Excellent photo manip Kim! Rayburg is going to love this...you did a terrific job. I can't believe you added in the cattle...they look perfectly blended with the scene. And..of course, I Love your misty magical castle! It looks a perfect size to me depending on the size of the hills it is nestled among. :-) Excellent work... love the colors too! V
