Description
I tried this with a sepia tone to the edges, but I just couldn't pull it off in the way I wanted, so I tossed that.
Obviously, this isn't the Dorothy from the movies or books. A friend bought me Wicked's soundtrack, and I've been on an Oz kick ever since, and thought this would be a fun, silly way to blow off some steam.
