Awesome work there, really amazing. Love the skin tones, the texture of the cap, the expression, the background. Her eyes look incredibly real. The only small crit I'd have is that her neck looks somewhat painted.

Jaw drops to floor! Your best by far! Excellent use of shaders and light. I agree with odf that the neck needs some work to bring it to the same level of quality than the rest.
