Description

This started out as an attempt at melizod's 'Rocky Mountains in Bryce tutorials. I mucked up the fractual generator and got a ridged column by pressing the 'metamorphosed' button and just clicking the cursur on the terrain. I liked the result so got side tracked...sorry Brian, I will get back to your tutorial soon but this was too much fun to not finish. I added a water plane and a green tinged sunset that made it look like a toxic sludge and a few boxy objects and the space craft from imported objects. I surrounded the objects with a few varying sized torus' with volume fills to intimate gaseous remains of old buildings (sort of. It can also look like an ancient ruin with a bronze toned sunset. Hope you like it. Comments are welcome. Thanks also to Sazzyazzca, Acadia & Zhann for their help with smoothing out my jaggies. Jenny

I am honored to have inspired the beginnings of this piece. And to be quite honest, probably about 80 percent of my pieces also take off in their own direction and decide at least part of their own destiny. Keep discovering and following those new trails, you never know where they will lead.

And isn't that more than half the fun Brian?

Thanks Zhann in the PSP Forum for the Bryce rendering tips, but note that the rings emanating out are supposed to be spooky & fuzzy. The rest was woeful until I s.o.s'ed.
