I've wanted to do this image for more than two years now. I think my third or fourth upload here was one of my first attempts at the whirligig spiraly thing. Then when, attempting the same shape later in wings I discovered a technique I've used in a few abstracts. Here's to you for not getting distracted by the tangents this project can lead you on. Beautiful models, and grat atmosphere.
