Description
I'm taking a Digital Photography class in order to better learn my camera, as well as force me to actually use the thing. I thought I'd post my weekly assignments and see what people think.
This weeks assignment: B&W portrait.
I was a major procrastinator and took this picture a few hours before I had to turn in my image for class. I'm sure with more planning I could have made this picture much better.
Also, I'm finding that my camera sometimes has a very fuzzy focus. I think I might need better lenses.

I can see the fuzziness, are you sure it's not your shuttertime? Besides that, it's really a very original portrait. Perhaps a little more distance between the background and the subject, it now looks as if you planted her in front of a wall. :) Good luck with your class, looking forward to seeing more progress!
