Description

Ever hear of the expression, "Bitten off more than you can chew"? That's how I felt with my first attempt to integrate a Poser character into a real background. "It shouldn't be too difficult", I said to myself. Two weeks of misplaced ambition later and here is the final result. Actually, I did learn a great deal for all my efforts. I hope you enjoy the fruits of my labour. This Poser rendering features Kate (for Victoria 3). She is casually working with her wireless (ofcoarse) laptop computer, while she sits outside the Library. The bench, other people and Library background are all part of a digital photo which I took for this rendering. I want to give honourable mentions to the following people for their free contributions that were used in this rendering: electranaut for the Leisure Shoes for V3. zippo@mugi.site.ne.jp for the Laptop Computer. Hugo Grijalva for the Jeans. DAZ for the Victoria 3 figure. Kate's black t-shirt comes from the Jatex Pantsuit package. Kate's hair is Kozaburo Short Hair SR1 for Jessi which I rescaled to fit Victoria 3.

I really like the character. I think you did a very good job blending her with the picture.

It's not bad. I think some post work would help out a bit; the original photo has a bit of a blur on it that the character doesn't have. Other than that, good job!

Man, that looks awesome. If you really want to blend her in, try using a slight motion blur in your render. but to be honest, it took a moment to realise the rest was a photo. Great job!
