I remember when Amy Grant hardly wore makeup, and sang nothing but religious pap. Within a couple of years she was almost as trampy-looking as Dolly Parton, and sang no religious pap! Not sure which I liked better... and I haven't kept up. I suppose she's learned, having seen both sides of the coin, that it's the same wooden nickel.
