Description

Back home with the camera out of order I ask myself how to solve the problem. Repair will be difficult, it demands too much time and it might turn out quite expensive. Fortunately we have a storage space that can be used to block all light. So I close the doors there (and even the keyholes), I open my camera and manually transport the film to the next exposure. I hear a click, the release-sound which tells me I succeeded to preprare the camera for the next shot. I leave the room, and shoot this picture, a sunset with fascinating colors. Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 100 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

This is a gorgeous sunset, Jan-Carel. I'm glad you got the camera fixed, if it truly is. Now you are qualified to open a camera repair shop and make enough money to buy a digital. :-)

Oh Jan-Carel, this is so beautiful!! I watched a sunrise just like this a few days ago. Unfortunately I was driving in my car and had no good vantage point to get a clear shot of it. I watched it in my vehicle mirrors for almost two hours. It made me so happy that I had the ability to see and enjoy it. Yet I was saddened that I wasn't able to capture that beauty on film. I'm glad someone got it and who better to of done that by my dear friend. Thank You for warming my heart again. kiss
