The perspective, the title those aligned cranes far away all make for an awesome composition, i wish for more resolution like in the other images ...i think you gave a high compression level when you saved it. The overall image is awesome and i like the angle. :) as far as the frame goes, i would've made that white line thinner, to put more emphasis on the image and the black frame. The tones are superb, it's like it brings war times to my mind. it's awesome.
