Description

Photographies made with my Nikon D70S and a Tamron lens 18-200 mm. No postwork just framed with Photoshop 7 This is an effect of texture, and a detail of a Banana Tree leaf. I post this one for the new Challenge... but it's impossible, Ive made it in november 2005 in Thailand.... lol and for the Challenge it must be a new one !!!! Thank you Andreas to explain me that, I haven't understand and read well in the forum ;o)))) Then it's not for the Challenge, but just for the fun here in my gallery. I love all the natural texture, and with each tree, there are so many ones !!!!! I had the sun in front, then it gave this wonderful color to the leaf. The previous post in my gallery :

Whoop there it is!!! What a gorgeous texture-shot this is Nathalie. Its a pity you didnt take it within the required time for the challenge. It would have been perfect for it. Another thing i feel i want to explain: Alot of people seem to think that the "Monthly Challenge" is some kind of contest with winners and stuff. Its not. Its just a monthly thing with different themes, so that we can get challenged to try and take those specific shots. Its alot of fun, and also very educational trying to do new things. The theme each month is picked by the members in the forum by voting on their favorite subject. Bla bla. Like i told you...i totally love this shot. And the frame is SUPERB!!!!!!! Greener then the greengrass ,uhh bannana leafs at home!! A very, very special macro Nathalie, with the dropletts and texture!! A greath find which I like very much!! Wonderful capture of this big big banananana leaf. Well ok, subtract a few nana's. ;) Love to see it with backlight, showing so well the texture and inner composition of this tissue! Gorgeous work, Nathalie, and great you shot it with those fresh drops on it making it looking more fascinating! :)
