Description

The roman centurio who leads his cavallery into the next fight against the barbarian peoples in the woods of the northern empire..... surely the roman legionaires will win, won't they? ************************************************* An image I wanted to do since months! And I nearly didn't manage to finish it, but my muse came back and that's the result. A little difference between all my other Star Wars images ;o) this was a hard task, especially for the ground. It should look like a real forest ground and the woodland realm playset just offered a pure green ground, but that's not naturally. So I had to add some small details and hope that it now looks better. Please enjoy this image as much as I do. It was a great experience and a good learning curve again for the lighting and texturing of characters. great pic and artistry..good work. Small nitpick..the Romans didn't have stirrups, at least not until the very end (if that)..but hey, it's not THAT important..;)keep making more..
