Description

Part three of "The Greyways"..(See my last two images). Our little escapade inside the "Tower" was 8 days behind us...8 wet days!! As night fell we could now see comfort beckoning...The house of "Nettie Two Toes". I could hear our "Guide" a few paces behind me...splashing around.. "Soup n old clothes...Soup n old clothes" she said "Hot n lumpy....Soft n dry".. She had been urging us on all day this way...keeping us on the move with thoughts of food & dry things...As far as we could understand,"Nettie" was well respected by all for her "soup" and her Grand collection of "old clothes"..all hot,lumpy,soft & dry.. We could see Nettie's house perched atop the highest peak on the island...to get there we would have to pass through the Hamlet of "Danny the Green" nestled about the lower reaches of this "Haven for Travellers"...with the gardens in full bloom we could smell his "Greens" from here...Hmm we could be here for a while..me thinks.. And I'll have to ask Nettie why they call her "Two "Toes"... By the way...a fish spoke to me today...but I'll tell you more about that later.. For now we are very weary and in need of rest....^_^... Vegetation & color adjustment postwork using PSP 9. Thanks to "Frank Zappa" for the image title. Fairy House (Netties) by Doro & Helmut Lower houses (Danny's) by me using Shade. Jeff this is OUTSTANDING & probably one of your best. The lighting POV colours & additional models & postwork is simply awesome! Definitely an Ozric influenece to the story & the final image. V

I find myself looking forward to the next (and to text to fill in the gaps ... what did happen in that tower). Guess I should also note that this is an excellent render, the tones, shades and light move with the color and perspectives perfectly.
