Description
A photoshop rendering I've been working on for couple of days. Heavily inspired by the works of Peter Elson and Chris Moore who over 25 years ago did illustrations for a series of books called the Terran Trade Authority Handbooks(check them out they are real eye openers).
Created shapes in Max, exported to AutoCAD, generated meshes. Printed meshes out. Sketched on them. Scanned the sketches and traced in Photoshop with paths. Than created masks and airbrushed. Maybe I should have mapped the meshes and rendered but I prefer the 'hand drawn' look sometimes.
