Description

The Highwayman - Man of Adventure Credits: Body: M3, M3 Morphs, Daz Craig, Cloting: Daz Romeo Outfit Sword - Bad Metal by Slinger with Lomog3d Ice texture Hair - Adorana Ferro Hair BG - Chicago Picture by Flip89 The Highwayman Steven Flynn's dream was to relive the adventurous days of yesteryear and play the role of his biggest hero of all time - Errol Flynn. This fantasy was suppressed by the ridicule of others. This all changed on day when Steven saw on the news a robber and thief who looked just like Errol Flynn. His name was Swashbucker. Immediately, Steven designed the perfect costume and the finest weapons he could conceive. On his first job, he was imprisoned. His attempt did not go without notice. Swashbucker was so impressed with Steven that he broke him out of jail. With the help of Swashbucker, Highwayman become one of the richest, most successful thieves around. Since then, he has collected a group of henchmen which the Highwayman affectionately calls his "Rogues". Steven's goal was to trip up as many so called male heroes he could get his hands on. The Highwayman was more of the gadgeteer like some of Batman's old ememies. He would design his weapons based who he would try to foil. And to keep it interesting, he would only have five weapons designed all the size of a button on his jacket, and only good for one use. The only exception to this was Demonfrost the sword he "found", or it might be said it found him. The sword is magical and hold an ice demon that was trap within the sword thousands of years ago. The ice demon will allow his powers to be summoned by Steven to create ice walls, freeze people in their tracks, and a concentrated blast of artic wind. The demon also adds his icy nature to the blade allowing it cut through almost anything non-magical. Being in Highwayman's hands has allowed it to find weaknesses in the magical sword that has held it for so long. Unknown to Steven, the demon is looking for a way out of the sword. Requiring an ancester of the original wizard who entrapped him their to set him free, Steven unknowingly is helping the demon break the spell. To the demon's dispair, Steven does have a few "good" qualities. He will not kill or harm ANY women. Steven at times has actually helped the heroes when the time was needed. He is just a rogue. The Highwayman was designed for a RPG called Champions. I converted him from one of the many other Superhero system to Campions many many years ago as a comic relief character of sorts. I've revitalized him, and he still wonders the realms of Champion City the last game I ran. His personality would fit the old Batman series the best. He was great for camp and theme adventures. A very fun character to play.

Must be frustrating not to get loads of viewers and comments, but 1- your thumbnail is very small and 2- it doesn't contain nude female parts or a suggestion of them;-) That being said, I can see nothing wrong with your image, in fact it's excellently executed! The character blends perfectly with the background. Looks like a scene from a real action movie...

As said aleardy, props for getting the light to match the scene. That's no easy task. Great outfit too, and love the expression. The mists around the icy sword are a good touch. The only thing I see that needs work is the lettering. It's getting lost against the background of the city - a little bit of a dark outline might help bring it out, possibly coupled with a glow or a bit of black. The font works with the character, I wouldn't change that, just make it stand out more.
