Hi!
I am a swedish guy born in 1956.
I have never managed to make any money on my photography at all, but still I go on shooting (In fact I have never been able to make much money what so ever, but I believe that thus I have experienced a few things that less lucky people than me have not) :D
This is the first time ever I show any of my images in public. I think I have read that one should shoot with the light behind you, but I like it better the other way round - towards the light. Light and color are my babies!
I am very very delighted with all creative, warm-hearted and amusing comments from all you Renderosity people! I was perfectly assured that nobody but me would have any interest in watching my images. Thanks a lot!!!
Di Massimo, which I have signed some of my images, is a beautiful name I found in a book by Ruth Rendell (Tom Ripley, I think). I immediately wanted it to be my artist's name! It is Italian and means something like "The Greatest" (one must be allowed to dream, mustn't one?) ;D
All pictures in my gallery was shot with either an analog Nikon EM with a 28 mm lens, a Fuji MX 2700 digital compact or a Nikon D40 DSLR. Some of the images are modified in Adobe Photoshop.
Thank you for reading!

The bible says there will be a moment the sun turned into a hairy ball.... And for those living close to the polar circles it's a well known phenomenon, the sun just a little above the horizon and disappearing after that again. Wonderful capture, a special mood here! :)

This is truely breath taking and thought provoking!! I'm left staring at it with all these thoughts and feelings coursing through my heart and soul. Many times in my life I've felt like I've stood looking out onto a world like this. Left to wonder "What's next?!". Left feeling like "So this is it, huh?!". WOW!!!! This image kicks my poetic mind awake... at last!! *VOOOOOOOTE!
