It looks like two dogs bundled in their doggie beds on a smudged carpet floor to make it look like a waterfall. The untouched area right next to the corner of the blue bed gave it away as carpet.

Dang it, I thought I got it all. I saw the waterfall when I was done smudging and hoped others would see it also. I was not trying to create something specific, but I was pretty pleased with the results. Thanks for pointing out the carpet Kathym.
