I could never live in such a room but it is a fantastic render. One question would it be assumable that in real live there would be a shadow on the ceiling coming from the lamps? Is this because of the reflection of the table perhaps?

You are right. It is because of the table reflection, there is a shadow formation at chandelier 1. Whereas there is no shadow formation at chandelier 2 (as there is no table below)

could have made it more realistic, work more on it and u will achieve a photoreal render, try making a photoreal render
