Description

XD. No postwork except border/sig in PSP and a bit of sharpening in ACDSee. I tried this on a background, but didn't care for is as well as on the plain white. Thanks for your views/comments on XD Sketch. Hope you are all having a great weekend! Marion

Is like a hand made with a fine pencil. You get here an attractive invent-creation. All the picture has your characteristic 'elegans' aesthetic, and the shadowed middle frame is very succeed. Congratuses Marion!

Marion, this is so lovely. It is very much like a pencil drawing. Your choices of color are perfect including complementary the frame color and texture. It's soft, playful, almost feminine movement are wonderful. Excellent!

Your image is quite complex and contains enough interest, the background is not required. I like the outer darker edge of the image. Dan Kuzmenka has used a similar idea on a number of his images too, and I think it works really well. It brings the image out from the background and creates a slight embossed effect. The colours also work well together. Very effective.
