Just learning about pianting Hair and colouring Eyes.
Used default p4 woman and Photoshop Elements for
Hair and work on eyes

I too have read tut's on hair painting, but nothing I do comes out right. Yours looks good, maybe a smaller image to reduce the visibility of each individual hair stroke? (if I step back 50ft or so MINE looks great! LOL)
