Description
Sorry guys, I just had some spare time to play around with the glow feature of C4D. It is still a raytracing render, using area shadows, takes 12 minutes to render on an average PC. I am doing a whole set of pictures of this house with these settings.
I am still trying to avoid radiosity, don't have the patience to wait for one image to render for an hour. Also, for doing DVD resulution animations it would need a whole lot more hardware to invest into.

Trust me... no need for radiosity. That takes ENTIRELY too long. Besides, this looks great. Don't go glow crazy on us though... lol A little goes a long way. Great image!

Beautiful.I love all the details too.Great work.

I don't know if you created the props or not, but I can say the entire architectural design leaves me speechless. I am very impressed with the detail in this image. Excellent work.

The design is not mine I just do the visualization. Naturally, I model everything.

Beautifully done scene - love the lighting too! - Radiosity is over rated often I think, and since your skills with lights are so good, there really is no need in this context.

Damn.. I'm going there.. what are you complaining about.. this is excellent!

The lighting is just superb!

I think the lighting is nice too. For some reason though, the whole composition makes me feel somewhat claustrophobic. Perhaps it's the distorted perspective. I'm not sure. It's a nice scene either way.
Nod
Excellent work.

Great modelling and lighting... as usual. (They obviously haven't moved in yet! LOL). Let us know when there's some animation to look at. Seen the work at your site. Stunning stuff!

I don't think you need Radiosity in this scene. You've done wonders with your lighting. A Beautiful scene!

Fabulous. Awesome work!

Superb inspiring method. I voted for 'Sorry I Couldn't Resist'. The fact that it was not rendered with radiosity, but just with just RayTracing instead, is very inspiring to me. I think it opens the doors for less limitations. I think the image is truly a masterpiece. It is useful to know Area Shadows, and Light Glows were used. I rank it excellent. As a Maxon Cinema 4D user I loved it and downloaded it. I added you to my most favorite artist of the site. Superb image. Thank you.

I think it's a very well done rendering. It would be interesting to know your tecnique in positioning light (do you use dome, array, negative, etc.) You're inspiring me a lot with this and your other outstanding works! Hi.
