That triangular area from nose to upper lip looks odd, like a muzzle. Also, shouldn't her hands be casting shadows? Especially the hand on her thigh? Other that those quibbles, a nice piece of work. And you image is good too.

She looks great, and lovely lighting! I agree with googboog, she looks like she could suck the chrome off a trailer hitch. As for David, I'd say the hand shadow is being cast (like the rest of the shadows here) in accordance with the position of the light source, which appears to be directly to the left, off camera. One concern I do have though is with the fingers on the left hand. Taking the extra time to position the fingers right up against an object adds so much to an image (in my opinion anyways).

I was wondering if you could remake this image; Ive always loved it. Maybe new texures and lighting to give it a more "upbeat" feel, maybe a new pose? Dont temper too much, just a nice streamlined update.
