Reminds me of a bridge made by Santiago Calatrava. I like the composition, but the cylindrical tower at the back, looses its grandeur because IMO it is too dark. Maybe a little more contrast in the windows? That, and the dark texture of the waterfront seems to blend with the texture of the water. Apart from that, excelent job well done!
